About Team TechneThe founders of Techne have spent over 15 years in the IT Consulting arena supporting private and public sectors. Having witnessed waste, inefficiency, attrition, and turnover of talented resources; we can help streamline communication from silos of teams, support program leadership, integrate technical leadership, and provide clear and detailed requirements while investing/developing resources.
We understand not all products or services are the same size or the teams building them. Our solution comes in small, medium, large, or customized sizes. We provide a holistic solution consisting of 2 areas, Project Management (PM) and Integration & Test (I&T). Techne can start simultaneously, with I&T focusing on solution engineering, requirements definition, architecture, development, and testing, while Project Management (PM) focuses on team planning, project schedule, quality management, and customer reports.
Techne is more efficient and adaptable with the current and growing roster of the “best of the best” talent. Due to low overhead and no overarching shareholders, Techne can hire top talent and develop junior staff to become project leads and technical SMEs. Thus allowing us to continue, sustain and grow the talent pool with experience and oversight.
